Auction pickup is located in a remote area NE of Sedan, Kansas. Access to both the shed and house requires driving through a pasture and navigating a narrow, one-lane, rocky, and steep driveway. Turning around and passing other vehicles can be difficult.

Buyers are responsible for bringing adequate help, a trailer, a winch, and any necessary equipment to load and remove their items. No tractor or loading assistance will be available.

All buyers must schedule a pickup appointment in advance.

Please also bring patience and plan accordingly. Items will not be transported back to Wellington, so be sure you understand the distance and conditions before bidding.

IMPORTANT: Items are being sold as-is and may be rat or rodent infested. Droppings, nesting materials, and related contamination may be present. Buyers are responsible for proper handling, cleaning, and removal.
