Payments will be accepted at the Auction Site or Theurer Auction/Realty, 1101 E 16th Street, Wellington, Kansas. ALL items must be paid for prior to pickup and within three calendar days of the auction's end - to be received no later than January 23, 2025, at 12:00 pm Central time.

Pick-up/Removal: Tuesday, January 21, and Wednesday, January 22, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please note the larger items (shelving, lots identified as "Heavy", or some of the machinery CANNOT be removed the first day.) Buyers needing a forklift need to contact Cammy (cmccomb@theurer.net) immediately upon conclusion of the Auction. The forklift will only be available on a limited date/time. Shelving CANNOT be removed until Thursday, January 23, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
